Account and Order Information
VPNBoat does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are all that is needed. The registration process therefore does not depend on collecting an email address. Account details are used for authentication, subscription management, and account administration. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username, and do not send passwords or login credentials through support tickets.
When you activate a plan, make a payment, or request a refund, the service processes order identifiers, plan details, amounts, payment status, and transaction records needed for verification. This information is used to deliver the subscription, calculate data usage, reconcile accounts, and resolve disputes. Issue descriptions and attachments you submit in a support ticket are used only to address that issue; please redact unrelated personal information before uploading them.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNBoat does not record which websites users access through its routes, create browsing histories, or retain access destinations, page content, or detailed DNS queries in logs that can be traced to an account. The service does not persistently retain details of users' network sessions or create historical records linking source addresses with access destinations.
While a connection is active, temporary session state needed for data transmission helps maintain the connection. When the session ends, this state is not retained as a historical connection log. Cumulative account data usage and subscription status are used to calculate allowances and deliver the service; they do not include specific access destinations. Site analytics, order records, and troubleshooting information submitted by users are handled separately from the network access logs described above.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
Analytics for the marketing website help us understand page visits, traffic sources, and link usage so we can improve content and navigation. These analytics relate to pages on this website and are not used to record other websites users access through acceleration routes. Do not include passwords, subscription credentials, or other sensitive information in page addresses, query parameters, or feedback.
Cookies and local storage are used for essential session management, language preferences, and login state. The user panel may store login credentials locally to verify identity in later requests. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. After doing so, you may need to log in again or reselect your preferences, and some features may not work as expected.
Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosure
The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the third-party payment channel you select, which processes payment information under its own rules. VPNBoat receives the payment result and transaction identifier needed to verify orders and deliver the service. We do not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
The service processes and discloses information only as necessary to deliver the service, verify transactions, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Once you visit a third-party page, that party's data practices apply. Requests to delete payment information may also need to be sent to the relevant payment channel. Deleting a VPNBoat account does not automatically delete records held by third parties.
Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Order records are retained for the periods required for reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and site analytics are retained only as long as needed for their respective purposes, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set one fixed retention period for all data categories.
To access, correct, or request deletion of account information, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. We may need to verify account ownership before processing your request. Deletion may affect your subscription and access to historical orders. Information involved in an unresolved transaction dispute or required by law will be restricted to the necessary purpose and handled once the retention basis ends. Clearing browser data does not delete your server-side account.
Policy Updates and Questions
This policy may be revised when service features or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” month will be updated on this page. Important changes to data processing purposes, scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, a routine page update will not replace it.
If you have questions about data use, the no-logs policy, or deletion requests, contact us through a user panel support ticket and describe the account and issue involved. Submit only the information necessary for verification and handling. If the policy and actual procedures are unclear, you can request clarification before deciding whether to proceed with the relevant action.
