Service Overview and Intended Use
VPNBoat provides network acceleration subscriptions for people who study, work, develop software or stream across borders. The service covers 120+ countries and 180+ routes, supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, and allows unlimited devices to connect simultaneously. Routes provide a path to access services; they do not replace account eligibility on the destination website. Regional policies, content licenses and app rules are determined by each service.
Route Selection and Troubleshooting
Choose a route based on the destination service’s region, then check actual connection performance—a shorter distance does not always mean a better experience. IEPL, relay and direct routes serve different connection paths; see the route guide for details. If something goes wrong, check your subscription status, client configuration and app exit route first, then determine whether the issue is with your local network or the destination service.
If the issue persists, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. Include your platform, route region and the error you encountered; do not share your password or full subscription URL. Billing details are listed on the plans page. A 7-day refund policy is available; see the Terms of Service for how to request one.
No-Logs Policy and Data Minimization
VPNBoat follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. We limit data collection to what is needed to manage accounts, process orders and provide troubleshooting assistance. Support tickets should include only information relevant to resolving the issue. Military-grade encryption protects connections; users should still keep their account and subscription details secure. See the Privacy Policy for details on data processing.
